Why this card: it is the only large AMD card that behaves like a normal graphics card — its own blower, standard two-slot size, display outputs (3 × DisplayPort 2.1 + USB-C). For a tower with one big card, this is the simplest way to 48 GB. For a multi-card rack the passive Instinct cards are cheaper per gigabyte.
