Shipping & production
Production
- Bits and upgrade parts: 2–5 business days
- Miniatures, squads and vehicles: 1–4 weeks
Everything is printed to order, then washed, cured and checked by hand. Orders with several items ship together when the last one is ready.
Shipping rates
- Bits: €6.50 for the first bit, +€1.00 for each extra bit (a complete set of five counts as five). Never more than €12.00 in Europe or €15.00 elsewhere.
- Orders with miniatures: €12.00 in Europe, €15.00 to the rest of the world, up to 2 kg. Bigger orders: ask us first.
Every parcel is tracked. Delivery after dispatch is usually 7–14 business days in the EU, 10–21 to North America and 2–4 weeks elsewhere.
Customs
No customs inside the EU. To the USA, Mexico and the rest of the Americas we ship with DPD and pay the duties in advance, so there are no customs forms or fees for you at delivery.
United Kingdom and Norway
We don't sell to these countries from this site. Every product has a Buy on Etsy button instead — the same prints from the same printers, with VAT handled by Etsy at checkout.
Wrong address
Please check your address before paying. If a parcel comes back because the address was wrong, we resend it once the new shipping is covered.
