Made to order. Every item is printed after you buy it.

Damaged, misprinted or missing parts

Message us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the parts and the packaging. We reprint and send the parts free, or refund them — your choice. You don't need to send anything back.

Change of mind (EU customers)

You can withdraw within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason. Tell us at grafsyntheos@gmail.com, then return the items within 14 days as you received them — complete, undamaged, unassembled, unpainted and unglued, in the original packaging. Return shipping is paid by you. We refund the item price and the original standard shipping within 14 days of receiving the return. Items that come back broken, assembled, glued, painted or incomplete lose their value: the refund is reduced by that loss, up to the full price.

This does not apply to custom orders made to your own specifications (for example a special scale you asked for).

Cancellations

Free until printing has started — just message us.

Lost parcels

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us and we will open a case with the courier and reship or refund.

Your statutory rights under EU consumer law, including the 2-year legal guarantee, are not affected.
