From vat to battlefield

Seven stages. One standard.

Resin printing is only the first step. Our finish comes from the disciplined workshop routine that follows it.

01
16K print · custom 16K resin

Print

Every file is calibrated for our 16K printers and custom 16K resin, then produced in small batches to preserve sharp edges, texture and fine facial detail.

02
Minimal hobby preparation

Support removal

We remove the main supports by hand after printing. We do not sand or fully finish every contact point, so tiny support marks, small bumps or an occasional fine support may remain. A little normal hobby clean-up may be needed before priming.

03
Deep cleaning

Ultrasonic wash

The pieces enter an ultrasonic bath that lifts uncured resin from recesses without softening the sculpted detail.

04
Drying & clearing

Centrifuge

Controlled centrifugal force clears trapped liquid from cavities and delicate geometry before the final cure.

05
Measured hardening

UV cure

Each part receives a timed, even cure for a durable finish that remains practical to assemble, prime and paint.

06
Human inspection

Quality check

We inspect pose, fit, surface and vulnerable points. Anything below standard returns to the print queue.

07
Protected worldwide

Pack & ship

Parts are separated, cushioned and boxed for transit, then shipped worldwide with tracked DDP delivery. GrafSyntheos handles applicable duties, taxes and customs clearance.
