Terms of service

1. Who we are. grafsyntheos.com ("GrafSyntheos", "we") is run by a private individual seller based in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. Email: stonow92@proton.me.

2. Products. We sell unpainted 3D-printed resin miniatures, conversion bits and related hobby items, printed to order. Items usually require assembly, cleanup of small support touchpoints and painting. Photos and renders show the design; painted examples are for illustration only. Small differences from the images are normal for hand-finished resin prints. Our miniatures are adult collectibles and hobby models, not toys, and are not intended for children under 12 — they contain small parts.

3. Independent designs. Our products are original designs by independent sculptors. "Compatible with" and army names are used only to describe scale and use on the tabletop. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Games Workshop; Warhammer 40,000 and related names are trademarks of Games Workshop Ltd.

4. Prices and payment. Prices are in EUR. Shipping, and where applicable duties and import taxes, are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when the order is placed.

5. Your order. Your order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item cannot be produced to our quality standard (for example a design that is too fragile in the chosen size).

6. Production and delivery. Production and delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is delivered.

7. Withdrawal, returns and refunds. See our Refund Policy.

8. Guarantee and liability. You have the legal guarantee of conformity under EU law. We are not liable for damage caused by improper assembly, tools, glues or paints, or for indirect losses, except where the law does not allow such a limitation.

9. Personal data. We process your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
