Refund policy

Made to order. Every item is printed to order in 16K resin after you buy it.

Damaged, misprinted or missing parts. If anything arrives broken, misprinted or incomplete, message us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the parts and the packaging. We will reprint and send the affected parts free of charge, or refund them — your choice. You do not need to send anything back.

Change of mind. You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Tell us through the contact form, then return the items within 14 days in the condition you received them — unassembled, unpainted and unglued. Return shipping is paid by you. We refund the item price and the original standard shipping within 14 days of receiving the return, using your original payment method.

This right does not apply to custom or personalised orders made to your own specifications (for example a special scale, resize or modification you requested).

Cancellations. You can cancel free of charge until printing has started — just message us. Once your order is printed, the change-of-mind rules above apply.

Lost parcels. If tracking shows no progress for 10 business days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the courier and reship or refund your order.

Legal guarantee. Your statutory rights under EU consumer law, including the 2-year legal guarantee, are not affected.
