Shipping policy
Production time
- Bits and upgrade parts: 2–5 business days
- Miniatures, squads, vehicles and other items: 1–4 weeks
Everything is printed to order, then cured, cleaned and checked by hand. Orders with several items ship together when the last item is ready.
Shipping rates (per order, tracked)
- Europe: €12 up to 2 kg · €24 up to 4 kg · €36 up to 10 kg
- USA, Canada, Mexico and the rest of the world: €15 up to 2 kg · €30 up to 4 kg · €45 up to 10 kg
Heavier orders ship in several parcels, which is reflected in the price. Large models (dropships, heavy tanks, big fliers) ship at €100, and extra large terrain kits at €300 — shown at checkout. For orders over 10 kg, please use the contact form and we will send you a shipping quote.
Delivery time after dispatch (usual, not guaranteed): EU 7–14 business days · rest of Europe 10–14 · North America 10–21 · rest of the world 2–4 weeks. You receive the tracking number by email when the parcel ships.
Phone number. Please add a phone number at checkout — couriers use it for delivery notifications and customs.
Customs, duties and import taxes. Shipments within the EU have no customs. Parcels to the USA ship duties-paid: we pay the import duties to the courier, so there is nothing to pay on delivery and no customs paperwork for you. For other countries, parcels ship without prepaid duties: any local import taxes are set by your country and paid by the recipient — for small parcels they are usually zero.
United Kingdom and Norway. This site does not ship to the United Kingdom or Norway. Customers there can order the same products through our Etsy shop, where VAT is handled at checkout, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.
Wrong address. Please check your address before paying. If a parcel returns to us because of an incorrect address, we can resend it once you cover the new shipping cost.
